This 3d printed part replaces your original gas pedal / toe ramp that is broken. It is made out of 100% infill PETG in order for the whole part to behave as one solid isotropic part.

It has a protective coating against water with a temperature range of -20°C to 10°C. The idea behind this coating is to protect the part against water seeping in between the layers and cracking the part avoiding mechanical failure.

Before you order please check if it’s going to fit first. You can download the drawing and print it scale 1:1. After making sure that it is indeed the correct scale, you can do this by actually measuring the drawing, the measurement should correspond with the given dimension, you cut it out and place it in your binding like in the image below.

After checking the fit you can order it. I will always ask you if you checked the fit. So if for some reason it doesn’t it is your own responsibility.

Fit exactly as it should! Impressed with how fast it came, even through US customs. Looks and feels like it’s better than the original part. Haven’t tested on the slopes yet but have a trip planned next week. Will update after 2 days on the mountain.
