Break through in production method. First PU casted toe ramp after 2 years of Research and development

What started as a simple 3d print assignment, turned into a complete project. I've been constantly trying to keep pushing the boundaries of my knowledge and experience in order to come as close as possible to the real thing. A casted polyurethane replacement part that would fit and function like the original part, making it possible for people to keep using their beloved bindings.

I am happy to share that I'm almost there. While casting is not the most difficult thing in the world, it is actually finding the right compound what makes it difficult and then adapting the design in order to make it possible to produce in low volume. The first casted toe ramp is a reality. Now it's a matter of spending some more time and resources on R&D to get good molds and better castings.

Thank you to everybody for trusting and believing in the project.
